The Luxembourg Government is moving forward with the introduction of a simplified form of a limited liability company, the "Sàrl Simplifié" or "Sàrl-S" (Société à Responsabilité Limitée Simplifiée).
A new bill has been adopted but it has yet to be introduced in Parliament.
The Sàrl-S registration would apply to companies that have qualified for a trade license and its main features include:

lower incorporation costs.

simpler and faster incorporation process.

minimum capital requirement of €1 (as opposed to €12,395 for the current limited liability company).
