Cyprus and India Tax Treaty 

On 18 November 2016 Cyprus and India signed a new Income Tax Treaty which will replace the old treaty of 1994 once it comes info force. Further details on the provisions of the treaty will be reported as soon as they become available. 

Cyprus and Latvia Tax Treaty 

The Income tax treaty between Cyprus and Latvia has come into effect from 1 January 2017. 

Guernsey and Seychelles 

On 1 January 2017 the Income Tax Treaty between Guernsey and Seychelles came into effect. In accordance with the provisions of the treaty, the following withholding taxes apply: Dividends 0%, Interest 0%, Royalties 5%.
